It's always great finding new local vendors selling sweet honey. I stopped by a hometown farm today and discovered fresh honey, harvested right on the farm. Depending on the region and type of plants the bees fed on, the honey has a specific taste and color. I love trying different honey and discovering the variations.
This particular farm was located in Royersford, Pennsylvania. It is called Renninger's Farm. I am excited to check out the Harrisonburg Farmer's Market in Harrisonburg, Virginia for different types of honey. I will update my readers next week on my other sweet, local finds!
