How to Make Herbal Honey:
Pick out your herbs. Consider mixing herbs to combine and accentuate flavors. If using fresh herbs make sure to dry them out completely.
Fill your jar about 1/3 of the way full with herbs, more or less depending on the intensity of the flavor you desire.
Fill the jar to the top with honey, remove air bubbles, and seal tight.
Let sit for a week, flipping the container every other day or so.
Enjoy your honey.
